Sent token on wrong address

I have sent LTC from my coin switch address :
LTU2cds4aSdXFip9sV4gXphnhxGQjgfjmg
to my trust wallet address:
ltc1qdw3n2jqxks9a2cu7duzut5zlkxyhp3hxxha9n4

Now on 3rd I have sent the same LTC back to my coinswitch wallet with the same address as the one mentioned above from my trust wallet. The transaction was successful but I was unable to receive the token in my coinswitch wallet.
Please help me to recover my token
