I wanted to buy ulti arena ULTI TOKEN and I sent the bnb Smart chain directly to the ULTI TOKEN address without using pancake swap so

Hello it seems you have sent your tokens to a contract address.
You need to contact the Ulti token team and see if they can assist in any way if not your tokens may be unfortunately gone.

Can they retrieve it back to me if they are willing? Or it’s gone forever?
