Sent twt to julswap for conversation but unfortunately my twt has been deducted but juld has not been credited

Hello pls am having a missing transaction on my trust wallet. I sent twt to julswap for conversation but unfortunately my twt has been deducted but juld has not been credited.

Can you help out please

Upon checking, you sent 40 TWT to an address (0x808fe6eD8250E80959a33363B9bcC48E2489F46b). You didn’t swap it to JuID.

There are no signs of 0x808fe6eD8250E80959a33363B9bcC48E2489F46b in the screenshot (except the the tx where you did send it instead of swapping). Perhaps, you copied it from a random place.

Bottom line is that you didn’t swap your TWT to JuID. Instead, you sent your TWT tokens to an address.

To get it back, you need to either:

Know who is the owner of 0x808fe6eD8250E80959a33363B9bcC48E2489F46b, so they can send the TWT back.
Get the private key or recovery phrase for that wallet.

I don’t have access to the owner all i did was go to julswap to swap twt for juld. How do i access private key or recovery phrase? Should i just conclude in short term the twt coin is gone?

Try to check the addresses in your Trust Wallet app right now. Including the other apps that you used as well. Maybe 0x808fe6eD8250E80959a33363B9bcC48E2489F46b is one of the deposit/receiving address.
