Sent USDT from Binance to ETH not reflected

Good morning Sir.
Please I need help, I withdraw from USDT in Binance to ETH in Trust wallet since 6days now but I can’t find it. I also received a confirmed mail that my transfer was successful but nothing is showing

  1. I withdraw USDT crypto in Binance to ETH in Trust wallet 21/08/2021 but it did not reflect anywhere in my trust wallet and it has left my Binance and I also did another withdraw still not showing, see next email for that crypto’s information.
    The amount of crypto withdrawn: 0.03699748 ETH

Same to this, you received funds in your wallet and was transferred out to another address.

It’s not my actions, I don’t even know the address.

Sorry to hear about your recent experience. Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.
