Is the address for a BEP20 & an ERC20 the same? It’s just the network that it’s sent across that is different?

Yes, BEP20 and ERC20 addresses are identical but not on same blockchain. This is to reduce confusion and prevent sending tokens to wrong blockchain as both ERC20 and BEP20 addresses have same format ( starts with 0x…).
