Sent USDT to Erc20 wallet address

Hello,

I recently send some USDT from my Trustwallet to exchange account which is on ERC20 network, unknowing to me that my USDT on Trust wallet is on Bep20 network.

Now the transaction is complete but the fund is pegged somewhere.

How can I recover this please?

This is my first time facing this issue, please help.
