Hi , I hope all of you have good time , I have sent ethereum classic to smart key 3 days ago sent was success but no receive , again I sent ethereum classic to ethereum (no receive ) 1 day ago , and thane ethereum to smart key ( no receive ) 1 day ago
this because that ethereum network is slow nowadays or some thing els , Im so nervous if you help me with that it would be good thank you .

- Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
- Ethereum Classic wallet address (select Etheruem Classic, press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
- Transaction hash or link
- Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)
- Screenshots of the wallet (including errors, if any)

detail : nothing important I just wanted sent some ethereum classic or ethereum to smart key inorder to keep it for long time in my wallet
To clarify, were you trying to convert Ethereum Classic (ETC) to SmartKey SKEY (ERC20)? If yes, then please be informed that’s not how swapping/converting a crypto to another asset. It will still remain as ETC.
You can retrieve it again by following this guide: How To Recover Funds Sent to a Wrong Public Address
Side notes: Choose ETH in the coin part, scroll down and find 0xf3572852340eec48423f8caaa5dc92bd681e8cc9c80503e85b628c0598894e74 in the list of derived addresses, get the private key.
After getting the private key, open the Trust Wallet app > settings > wallets > i already have a wallet > Ethereum Classic > import the private key.
The same goes for here as well, your Ethereum wasn’t converted to Smart Key. It remained as ETH and you simply sent it to yourself.
