Sent XRP from Binance to wrong trust wallet address (ETH address)

Hello there,

I have an issue where sent my XRP from Binance to my ETH address in Trust Wallet and now I can’t retrieve it. It’s been 2 weeks and I have sent multiple support requests to Trust Wallet but have not gotten a response.

Is there a way that I could get it into my trust wallet? Still pretty new at this and would love some help.

To better assist, please send the following information:

Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
ETH wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)
Transaction hash or link provided by Binance
Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

You have withdrawn Binance-Peg XRP Token (BEP20), not a native XRP.

To access it, tap the toggle sign on the upper right of the main wallet screen, search for XRP, and enable the one with BEP20. You can also follow this guide: How to Add or Remove a Coin
