Shib inu transfer to wrong network

I have sent my shib inu from trust wallet to wealth simple and used wrong network. Instead of ETH it was sent out by Binance chain. Is there any way I can get my shib inu coins back to trust wallet. Please advise

@Soniacrosse You need to contact the support team of the wallet you sent to and not Trust wallet.

I have sent usdc from trust wallet to wealth simple but used wrong network i used bnb instead of erc20 now i didn’t receive my funds in wealth simple is there any way to recover

Because I tried contacting no reply from them its been 2 weeks
