SHIB transferred to Bitbns are not received in Bitbns

Hi Team,

I have transferred SHIB from. Trust wallet to Bitbns and they are not received in Bitbns. I think they are transferred to wrong network. Trust wallet was bep20 and Bitbns is erc20.

Could you please help here.

Please contact the customer support of Bitbns so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
