I need help fixing CRO sent to me through Coinbase and it doesn’t reflect on my CRO wallet balance but shows successful on my Ethereum address and shows smart contract call.

The CRONOS you received is on the Ethereum network.
You can simply add it as a custom token.
Tap on the upper right corner in your wallet, search CRO and enable the one with ERC20
Can you show me a visual guides that I can follow to add it as a custom token on erc-20 network? 
Please help me, I am unable to create a new post so I had to find some open related issue.
I swapped BNB to GMRX using pancake swap. I see smart contract call executed in history but can’t see the funds, I even added the token manually but still 0 balance.
