Can a smart contract be built on btc and will he more effective as the numerous contract built on Eth

BTC doesn’t have possibility to build smart contracts. It also wouldn’t be more effective. Eth can perform 3 times more transaction per second than Bitcoin. BTC transactions are currently more expensive than eth

Basic design of main btc network is not compatible with smartcontract idea, but there is couple solutions, that is developing on second layer of btc network to make it work. Bitcoin is truly amasing, and can do more that we can imagine, at least for next 5 years) Rsk is name of one of the solutions on bitcoin network smartcontract idea. You can google more if intrested in it.

Building a smart contract for bitcoin isn’t good at all,the block chain it operates doesn’t support control from an external body.
