Both my solana available unstaked balance and staked balance not showing. In setting preference node disabled / enabled couple of times. After doing that sometimes staked amount shows but does not show available unstaked balance. How can i unstake my solana?

I also have exactly the same problem.
If it helps, with troubleshooting this, occasionally my unstaked balance appears and is available to be sent.
Sometimes my SOL balance appears as 0.
Sometimes it appears as my unstaked amount, which is available to be sent.
Sometimes it appears as my staked amount, which is always unavailable for either unstaking or sending.
No matter what my balance appears as, when I tap into ‘staking’. My staked amount always reads as 0.
I have tried checking and unchecking the Nodes.
Sometimes this works, in as much as my full balance appears for a few mins, although I am still unable to see my staked balance from the ‘stake’ menu, or unstake. And sometimes it doesn’t work and my balance continues to appear as 0 or as the unstaked amount.
The whole thing seems to be fairly random.
If anybody has any solutions, please help!

Same problem here.
this morning balance was showing zero and I could not unstake my Solana due to a strange error, right now the Solana Tab totally disappeared.
can somebody help us?

My Solana balance is appear again after updating my trust wallet app, I’m recommending you to do the same may be you will get yours appear too.

The engineering team is aware of this issue and they are working on a fix. You can double-check by using a Solana blockchain explorers: https://solana.fm/ & https://solanabeach.io/. You should see your balance there.
A banner was put in place as well.
