Hi @RI10,

To better assist, please provide us the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (go to settings and press “About”)
  2. Crypto address
  3. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)
  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors, if any)

No any errors

Your address didn’t receive any cryptos yet. Check here: Ontology Blockchain Explorer & Trust Verifier

Also, this transaction hash is not valid. Where did you get this?

Looks like you sent ONT (NEP5) tokens to a NEO address, not Ontology.

To recover your ONT (NEP5) tokens, please do the following:

  1. Get your recovery phrase from Trust Wallet
  2. Install Cyano wallet (Cyano Wallet - Chrome Web Store) [You need to use a desktop or laptop]
  3. After installing, open it and select restore account
  4. Enter the recovery phrase that you got from the Trust Wallet app and enter your desired password
  5. Ignore the NEO compatible tickbox (do not check it)
  6. Select restore
  7. Get the private key (WIF format)
  8. Go to Wallet - NEO Tracker
  9. Choose private key
  10. Enter the private key (the WIF format that we got earlier)

P.S. Please do not share your recovery phrase with someone else. Only follow the links that I strictly recommended as I have done this and verified that it already works.

Many thanks. I return ONT to my NEO wallet. Transfer procedures isn’t easy for normal user.
