I just realized that I stopped receiving rewards for staking tron since July 26th. Anyone has the same problem ?

I also not received after 26th of july. 
Depending on the validator you get the accumulated rewards when you end the stake. Either automatically or after another final claim.
At least that worked for me like that for my staked Tron.

Which token are you staking
The probable solution is to change the validator. Just unstake your asset and then restake those assets into new validator if you think they aren’t paying for staking.
