I have problems with swapping, tried to get help, but robot doesn’t give any working advice, issued a ticket for human support, no answer in 48 hours, just got a response stating my ticket is closed and they hope my issue has been resolved. Did this several times, same outcome. Ho can I get help from a support team member?
