I also have same problem. Supposedly to receive USDT but its not in my wallet yet.
Upon emailing the support team they ask what you said here and still despite sending the the data and screenshots, the support team keep sending me this same email

Trust Wallet app version (go to the Settings>About, send a screenshot)
Your Crypto address (tap on Receive, send a screenshot of the QR code)
Screenshot of the wallet

@leadingsword I donโt think so. Funds sent directly to contract address usually lost. Try to contact sender platform, otherwise you may consider it lost.
