Swap BSC to BNB problem

So, this problem just like many other people I read in the community. I swap almost all my BSC to BNB then it successfully transfer out to Token hub. But that’s it. BNB still zero. Maybe someone can help me retrieve my BNB. I will attach all you need here so you can help me instantly.

Update- i got my bnb after I open vpn then switch off and on the BNB Beacon Chain now I feel relieved. Thankyou verymuch Tobi sir
