Hi there,

I’m contacting you because I can’t find a solution anywhere. I hope you can help me. My purchased bitecoins have not completely arrived on my wallet. It’s only been part of it on my wallet. Where have the coins gone? please for a solution so that the purchased coins come quickly into my wallet.
Are they still in the system? Where are the purchased coins that I put on the wallet?
I allready reinstaled the Wallet but nothing…

I swap 40M and tranfer only 47000 coins to anather wallet because I was afraid that they would also go away.
Where are the other 39M?

I don’t know who to talk I can’t find a single support and I been missing my coins since November the device I was using had been broken and I have btc with and usdc on a wallet but when I tried to recover my funds with 12 word phrase my wallet came back 0 and I need the 400 returned asap

There is no problem with the app.
This token has an elastic supply.
Elastic supply tokens have a changing circulating supply.
The idea is that instead of price volatility, what changes is the token supply through events called rebases.
Simple explanation. Price goes up, less tokens. Price goes down, more tokens.
I suggest you read and understand the tokenomics of any project before investing.
You can also contact that Projects support team for more information.

If the addresses don’t contain your funds, there could be a number of reasons:

1 This is a completely different wallet, make sure you imported the correct one.
2 You have restored the wrong recovery phrases. Every recovery phrase has its own unique Multi-Coin wallet addresses. You need to find the correct set of words to recover your wallet. We do not have a record of these recovery phrases.

I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE. I PURCHASED 15000 BREWLABS TOKEN THROUGH PANCAKESWAP BUT RECIEVED ONLY 13900. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENNED TO THE REMANING 2100 TOKENS. PLEASE HELP.

As you can see from the screenshot below and also your transaction hash, 2100 of those tokens were sent to the tokens contract address.

Thank you very much for the response, but what does that mean. Coz i did not send them to the tokens address. Was it automatic?

It is a rebate system by the Project.
Fees are charged upon withdrawal or swaps made by the Project.
You should read the tokenomics of that Project or contact their support team for more information.

You need to find where you have them written down or stored.
