Swap Degem to Eth using pancake swap

Good day. I used pancake swap to switch some Degem I bought into Eth. The Eth hasn’t arrived. The transaction was processed and the recipient address is my trust wallet address. I originally used pancake swap to buy the Degem so I assumed this transaction would work.

Your tokens are in your wallet and you only need to add it manually as a custom token
Tap on the upper right corner in your wallet, search ETH and enable the one with BEP20.
