Hi,

8 days ago I swapped TAMA to Ethereum, but it didn’t work. The status is success but I didn’t receive any Ethererum and I still have the TAMA.

Could you please help?

Seems you would need to wait a bit more for your swap to be completed.

Honestly, im freaking out… What has gone wrong here, im not understanding why its taking so long. Was it cuz i swapped form an erc 20 chain to bnb?

I just swapped AVAX to ETH. I am it’s been hours now but it still hasnt reflected in my ETH.

According to the smart contract, it is successful.

Hi, I submitted a ticket regarding swap about 3 weeks ago but never received a response.

I initiated a swap from 0.003 BTC to ETH in Trust Wallet app on March 7th, 2024. The swap is showing as completed the same day at 10:30 AM but I never received the ETH. Seems like the swap was added to another person’s swap of 0.00747209 BTC on the transaction so the total on my wallet is showing as 0.01054823 BTC being swapped. However, I never received my requested swap. Both of my BTC and ETH wallets are added on the Trust wallet app.

The swap transaction hash is:

@GeeBar You received the ETH already, it’s listed under Internal transactions on the blockchain.
