How to exchange or swap ETH(BEP2) to ETH(ERC20) in trust wallet?

Need info about it, because that high fee to withdraw ETH(ERC20) from exchange market, help me

For now, you only have to send bep2 to binance.com and withdraw erc20
fees that will not exceed 0.004 eth

I use trust wallet with metamask but when I go to an exchange, say aave app. it doesn’t show my eth. I triies swapping eth between erc and bep but nothing

I have eth bep2 and I’m unable to go to binance due to my location restrictions. How can I get out of eth bep2 on the trust wallet? Thanks
