I have swap evergrow to bnb and evergrow is missing bt bnb didn’t show up. Its been a long time. I want to know the reason because this process should be just 10 seconds but it takes my week. Please solve the issue.

Hi Alan, sorry for the delay. Issue is I transfer my evergrow coin to bnb but I haven’t received any bnb in my trust wallet since more than a month. I have attached the requested screenshots that I have for my transactions and app version new and old. Please find attached file.
