Swap from BSC to BNB went to BSC Token Hub

Hi everyone,

I did a swap on my Trust Wallet iOS app of 0,495 BNB tokens from Smart Chain to Binance Chain.

However, the tokens vanished. I never received the tokens on my Binance Chain address.

If I look at Bscscan, I see that the tokens were sent to the BSC Token Hub. Since it was an internal Swap, I was not requested to enter any receiving address, network nor memo.

Moreover, if I look in my Binance Chain Wallet Chrome Extension, I can find the exact same transaction and the receiving address is the right one (my Binance Chain address on Trust Wallet).

Can anyone help my retrieving my coins?

@karatos9410 your transaction was successful and your BEP2 address (bnb1zfjduqx8ht6pprey5p5kzlwreyctj65md7ll49) credited .

if you are unable to see them in your wallet

Update your app
use VPN
reimport your wallet

Have same issue… The blocks confirmation is 7million. Don’t know why it’s that much. But the money is still on the smart chain, have not move to bnb. But when I check the explorer it shows successful. Bro, when yours works let me know. Been finding solution to it for days now

It seems you converted them back to Smart Chain, the initial transaction was succeeded. You can convert them back to Binance chain.

All I did was just swap. And I waited to see it on bnb coin, but still showing on smart chain. It show blocks confirmation of 7million

Block Confirmation
- Even though a successful transaction from your wallet address to exchange has been processed on the blockchain, the funds may not be immediately reflected in the exchange.
