Swap incomplete

I had a completed contract call today at 1230pm swapping from student coin to Dai. The Ethereum has free was deducted but my swap is not complete, I still have not received my swap. It’s been 6 hours. Had there been a mistake?

Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

I was simply swapping Student Coin (STC) for DAI ERC20. Both are Erhereum network so there should not have been any issue.

You requested all of this information so I provided it. But I have yet to hear anything back. My wallet shows a balance in my STC but I can’t move it, swap it or anything. Every time I try it says error like the coins do not exist.

When swapping tokens for the first time, you have to approve it first to be spendable. And, that is what you did just now.

Since you are done approving the token, you need to enter the amount that you want to exchange then press the swap button.

All in all, you will confirm two transactions: approve and swap

NB: Both token approval and swapping transactions needs gas fees.
