There are trading pairs for ETH.

Regarding BTC, pairs are for BTCB - BEP2 token which is something like wrapped BTC.

Yes that is very possible. You have the price indicated in each cryptos inside the wallet so you can monitor the price. The ony setback is you dont have the chart but u can download it separately.
