I have had the same thing happen to me.
I purchased WINK with BNB via Pancake from DApps within Trust Wallet app on Android.
2 transactions went off and both were successful - but coins/tokens have failed to reflect.
I made sure to copy the WINK (BNB) address from Coinmarketcap:

I added the TRC20 and not the BEP20 of WINK
