Swapped BNB to One, why is it expensive?

Hello

I am having an issue with my SWAP transaction
I swapped BNB to One
One price was 0.175 $ However I was charged 0.33$
also when I received my amount I got only half of it not full

I tried recovery options as mentioned in trust wallet but results still the same
