Swapped BNB to TRX, where are my TRX tokens?

Hi there,

I hope you the best luck to get your ETH. I have a similar issue with getting my TRX after swapping BNB to TRX, 10 days 19 hours now without any luck, i made 3 tickets but they didn’t answered yet. I can’t even open a new thread in here!

Let’s double-check. Please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. BNB and TRX wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)
  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)
  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)
  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Hi,

I swapped from SAFEMOON from Pancakeswap and recieved BNB (smart chain) tried to swap it to TRX in DEX Swap, and after swapping it the balance was gone.

I jus figured out. I checked swap again with TRXB and BNB it was there. Swapped back to BNB and I got them. :slight_smile: thank you.
