Please I swapped BNB for Brise token on trust wallet pancakeswap which went through successfully on bscscan but I didn’t receive the Brise token all though the swap was successful

I swapped BNB for Brise token on pancakeswap, of which the funds were deducted from my account but didn’t receive the Brise token. But according to the transaction ID on Bscscan the transaction was successful but I didn’t receive the token in my wallet.

Your tokens are in your wallet and you only need to add it manually as a custom token using these details

I swapped 11 JMPT into USDT (ERC20) on pancakeswap.the operation went successfully on bscscan but i didn’t receive the amount in my usdt wallet.
I’m looking forward to resolving this case for me.

@jennymillan That address belongs to a smart contract, I inspected it and there are plenty of swaps passing throught it on bscscan. Also this happened in Nov 2021 like you said but I kept trying to create a support ticket until I partially gave up, after a while I became motivated once again to find out what happened to my coin and I ended up here.

Your tokens are in your wallet and you only need to add it manually as a custom token
Tap on the upper right corner in your wallet, search USDT and enable the one with BEP20.

Hello I did a BTC to ETH swap on the trust wallet & I have not received any of the tokens?
I swapped my USDC (ETH) to BNB using the Swap function. However, I never received the BNB even though the transaction shows up as completed.
