Swapped token using old contract address

The value of the token was not reflected in my wallet but appears in pancakeswap. I found out that the contract address in BscScan was not updated and the token has a new contract address per coinmarketcap. How do i transfer it to the new CA? I am not sure if this is a Trust wallet concern but im hoping i could get an answer.

Hello @Weng as you said above this is not Trust wallet concern. You have to contact the project team for directions on swapping old tokens to new tokens.
