Had 178.74340199 of TWT and made a swap and now my balance is 0. Where is my coins??

I also have the same problem. I had 178 of TWT and swapped it out for Tether and it’s been more then 1 hour and nothing is in my Tether and my TWT shows a balance of 0. What the hell is going on?? Someone please help.

Hello @Imrichbeach this is not swapping transaction. It is direct transfer from 0x6fc5e585add489f3c5df72895a10238fc86ea7d1 to 0x18163c01ccca2c20ab922c22f09db2b31c3fb74a.

Thanks for getting back to me, you mentioned that it was a direct transfer???. but I made no such transaction. Are you able to see who it was sent to and how can I retrieve my 178 TWT back from that address. I need my TWT thoken back ASAP!!! This has made me late on my car payment. Please help.

@Imrichbeach it is not possible to know the owner of the address. Also, we have nothing to do, blockchain transactions can’t be reversed or cancelled. We don’t control anyone’s wallet too.

Hmmmm, @Imrichbeach replys to my post, then you just close my post with nothing but a canned answer?

I performed a SWAP in the wallet and it never returned to my wallet. All I’ve received is canned answers from TW support. Not one person has had a conversation with me about it. Email support and filled out the support form, all voluntarily. Received canned answers. Replied to the email with requested info…. Never to be heard from again. I was very nice, until I was requested to post my private info in a public forum. Seems a bit unfair, no? 4-5 days later, still waiting.

Alan… I’m really needing help desperately to find out who made this direct transaction and retrieve my funds back… my bill is over due and this was my main source yo pay my electric bill. Please… call me if necessary 2143173912

@Imrichbeach Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.
