@marc3 The explorer shows you do not have SOL to cover the gas fees, can you add a little amount of SOL to your wallet and try again.
Can I get some help. I swapped to usdc, says successful but don’t see funds. I’m knew to this and need help
It’s been 3 days. I wasn’t sure if I had to anything. Shows successful.
hi Tobi, got my trust wallet just yesterday, I have usdt on my wallet on polygon network. I have pol in my wallet for gas fee. but I can not confirm nor click on the preview button and do the next step. what might be the problem?

my account is showing the same error message. when trying to swap or send USDC on the Solana network. (simulation error: account not found)
also on a separate issue… When I downloaded the trust mobile app. I attempted to bring up my wallet with my secret phrase and im told by the app that the phrase is incorrect, while i’m literally looking at the phrase from my desktop. every word spelt correctly and in the correct order.
@boosted22g Can you try a reimport and see if you’re able to swap or send out.
Also you could check that the words are in the correct order when importing to your mobile device.

Tobi, My phrase is uploaded in the correct order, spacing and with correct grammar. is this a common issue with the Trust wallet system? I’m a new user but with decent aptitude. I’m experiencing multiple layers of issues this the Trust wallet (on the brave browser)
1: mobile app onloading failure.
2: multiple swap attempts with 100% failure
3: multiple send attempts with 100% failure
4: last and most disturbing, I’m now unable to sell my USDC back to USD and ultimately off ramp back to my bank account.
Id rather not attempt to reimport on my desktop until I’m able to off ramp from the trust wallet, in fear of not being able to access my wallet again. After the trust mobile app refused my attempts to bring up my wallet after entering a correct secret phrase. I’m not going to risk loosing complete access.
@boosted22g No that’s not a common issue and should not be if you are importing the correct words.
1, 2 , and 3rd attempts: I have the trust extension open on my desktop and my phrase visible as im entering it into the mobile app. version… result: the mobile app tells me the phrase is incorrect.
4th , 5th and 6th attempts:
I wrote the phrase down, after reviewing multiple times for correct order and spelling, I then close my desktop version, and attempted multiple times on my mobile app to bring up my wallet. result: the mobile app tells me the phrase is incorrect.

Tobi, I was able to answer some of the issues im having with a bit of reading. thank you for your help. I do have another issue arising. I’m swapped for some TAI (Tars Ai) with success , one thing i noticed is that the coin and amount i acquired is showing up on my mobile trust wallet, and for a while was also showing up on my desktop wallet. Im now noticing that my desk top wallet is no longer showing the coin in my wallet. I removed the trust wallet and reinstalled on my browser, restored my wallet with my phrase but still have yet to see my coins repopulate.
