I attempted to swap USDT for ETH. A Smart Contract was generated and successful. I see now that the network fees were subtracted from my ETH balance but the swap did not go through. The Smart Contract shows ETH 0 and my USDT balance remains the same as it was.
similar thing happened to so many people on our community here and they testified here that they got help from trustwallet so contact trustwallet+13078001296 to help you resolve your issues because they helped him .

Yes, here is it: 0x3acaae1b806d017945a7f940fa317afce4a70b7ac7e3fc1022d49ed7ee4f826a
@dmf When you try to swap a token for the first time, you’d need to complete two transactions; an approval and the swap itself.
You already did the approval which is the transaction you sent above, now you can make the swap.
Hi, My last message apparently was not sent, in short, yesterday after your support, my 51 dollars in USDT were withdrawn but they did not return to my account as ETH, can you help me? (Again. Sorry the inconvenience)
@dmf Your tokens were sent here: 0x4a49Fe3615cA68B2c60F69E625ced05E0590c5F7
Do you recognize the address ?
No, not at all, mine is this:
0xcd4827B2fBD06f8F62C9C75E4711eCbE9F47d734
@dmf Unfortunately it seems your wallet is compromised since there are transactions that occurred in it that you didn’t approve.
Please create a new wallet and stop using the compromised one immediately.
With all due respect, what pathetic security… Here is my new wallet:
0x074FFf4E7c01D47Cd1be4e426b50CA20Bb99670f
@dmf Great, please ensure you keep your new wallet secure and never share your recovery words or click on unknown links.
[Second Attempt]
Okay, And my money? Are you going to tell me that it ends here? I understand that it’s not your fault, but the security passwords for my wallet didn’t even leave my phone because they’re not even on it, no links were accessed during that period, I lose the money and that’s it? It was 51 dollars, not even counting the gas money I lost from the swap, which if it had happened as it should have, none of this would have happened. Please help me, man.
@dmf You do not necessarily need to give out your secret words to be compromised, clicking a bad link could also put your wallet at risk.
Also Trust wallet cannot refund, return or cancel confirmed transactions on the blockchain.
Please create a new wallet and delete the compromised one.
