Tether transaction (TRC-20) doesn't arrive

I reinstalled the app and logged back into my wallet. I have the latest version of the app, but the 401 USDT transaction still isn’t showing up in my wallet. The sender has definitely completed the payment, and the transaction has been processed, but why hasn’t the amount been credited to my wallet?

@kerry_kristofer Please go through your transactions to see if you did those transactions as you already received the USDT.

On the 30th of October, I had only 100 USDT. I received my 401 USDT on that day.
I tried to send screenshots from my wallet, but it’s impossible.
