I have withdraw 665306.1 HERA on 2022-07-14 22:22:53Z to 0xD943A5f7c0FFD16E05069e6981C981F7B9D886ba But till today I have not received the tokens… pls I beg you to check and resolve this issue

Your tokens are in your wallet and you only need to add it manually as a custom token using these details
