I reinstall my wallet and entered 12 word phrase to import the balances, but I couldn’t see my assets in my trust wallet.
I can see my balances in explore but there are not shown in the wallet,
How can I refund my tokens?

If still you can’t see them add as custom token, here’s a guide: How to Add a Custom Token
