Token lost after transaction succeeded

I have a similar issue.

An investment company send me 26.46 USDT BEP20. The transaction is succesfull. I checked from BSCSCAN. But money never arrived in my wallet . Can you please support.

@MESLI this transaction was successfully completed but it seems your funds redirected to another address (0xccfb33941824ff1dc7e4f8abfdba93f40d7d3c27).

This usually occurs when you swap your tokens on phishing/fake DApps sites.

Can you tell us where did you find the link used during swapping? Send screenshot displaying the site with link visited visible.

don’t know why I get this message when uploading screenshot : “Sorry, you can’t embed media items in a post.”
“Sorry, you can’t include links in your posts.”

I did the same for the two transactions… please can you advice what can I do?

Hi Alan,

I’m having a problem with selling my coins to Ethereum using Uniswap. Whenever I tried to swap to eth. I noticed on the transaction on ethecan it says success, but the total amount of eth says $0. I kept losing money on gas fees and nothing happens. I decided to view other users transaction saw many people are swapping for wrapped Ethereum. I’m not sure if the rule is I have to sell it as wrapped eth? (I don’t want to risk losing $250+ for gas fee if I’m getting the same results) I tried selling dogelon and Shibnobi. Same results. I just download Trust wallet a week ago and fairly new to crypto. Buying is very easy but selling is quiet complicated. Appreciate any help, thanks alot guys

@MESLI it is impossible to swap on official site and funds to be redirected to different address. You can go back to your browser history and check link used.

Otherwise, contact PancakeSwap this is not Trust wallet side issue.

@fsayin you received your funds and sent out to another address. You can check outgoing and incoming transactions then do the math.
