Token lost after transaction succeeded

hello,
I made multiple transactions from trust wallet, which succeeded.The tokens i sold got deducted from wallet however
I have not received any token bought from the first one.

could you provide me help on this issue please?

J’ai effectué depuis samedi deux transactions une de 1 Million de YOOSHI et la seconde de plis de 208 Millions de YOOSHI de mon portefeuille TrusWallet vers celui de l’échangeur Gate. Les transactions transactions ont été confirmées, j’ai reçu seulement les 1 Millions de YOOSHI mais les 208 Millions ne sont pas crédités jusqu’à présent sur mon wallet Gate. Pourtant c’est sur la même adresse j’ai fait les transactions. Merci de m’aider. Je joins la capture des deux transactions.

Hi Guys, I’ve got a similar problem with Eth from MetaMask to my Trust Wallet - on etherscan appears complete so hasn’t run out of juice but not showing on my trust wallet :confused: any ideas?

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Hello @Manzu Please contact the customer support of destination exchange so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.

Hey Alan , I withdrew my shib from my binance account to my trust wallet account, the process is completed but my balance still the same , please help it’s been 2 days , I contacted the support but still can’t get the coins

Hi @Alan47 so I tried that, the only option I have is Smart Chain showing & from my understanding I need Eth would that be right? When I copy paste the transaction it keeps saying invalid

Ok so @Alan47 @JennyMillan after pulling hairs I thought I surely can’t be doing this wrong so I tried this from an old Android phone I had - guess what it shows in there?! Why in Android & not on IOS any ideas? Might help with others on the forum. Thanks
