Tokens (Babydoge) not received - issue unresolved

Hi, I’ve had this thread closed incorrectly several times by the moderators @Alan47 and @JennyMillan as they are looking at the wrong info.

Summary:
I had made a withdrawal from poloniex exchange of my babydoge coins on 16 November 2021 for approx 55billion coins which were received ok.

I then tried to make another transfer of 1,878,944,977,529.267 babydoge coins from Okex exchange via the babydoge-oec exchange network to the same wallet which did not come through.

Details of missing transfer below:
Date: 29/11/2021
Exchange: Okex
Coin: Babydoge
Transfer from: 0xeb196a61f9a1e35bf5053b65aaa57c5541dcba86
Transfer to: 0x547596d328990dfd1fc19c0e875b9c15eacb8025

The withdrawal was completed successfully from Okex and this has been confirmed with them but it has not arrived in my wallet. Could you explain where these coins are please and why they did not come through?

Please do not close it again in error - thank you for your help.

Hello i have responded to your posts already, please avoid duplicating.
Also you never received that amount.
Please contact the OKEX team to know what network your token was sent on.

Hi Jenny, apologies for the multiple threads but the other ones were being closed and no one was replying to my responses.
The crypto was sent on the baydoge-oec network and this is the transaction link with all the details (I’ve put a space between www. and after oklink. so it can be included below

Hello @jayinamdar
Trust wallet doesn’t support that network you sent on unfortunately.
You would need to find a wallet that supports that network and import your recovery keys there

Thanks @JennyMillan, do you have instructions how I can claim transfer into another wallet since it was sent to the above address? Are you able to reverse the transfer back or send it to a wallet of my choice if I provide the details ?

@jayinamdar
You need to first find a wallet that supports that token then import your recovery keys into that wallet.

Okex have a wallet that supports OEC - I’ve created an account - how do I import my recovery keys from Trustwallet so that the transfer shows in there. Thanks for your help.

Does the wallet support private keys or recovery phrase?

@JennyMillan Thanks for this - I’ve managed to connect the wallet to OKEX with these instructions. Can I now initiate a transfer from this wallet to the OKEX wallet which supports the OEC network? Please let me know if there is anything I need to do before making the transfer. Thanks again for all your help

@jayinamdar
Hello yes you can as long as the receiving wallet supports the token you’re sending to it.

What network did you send it on?
And did you receive on the receiving address?
