Tokens decimal not correct

İ have the problem that it showed me 455million elongate token. Now theres smth changed in its name and it shows me 0,455 token now. Why are all my token divided by 1billion?

Yesterday i bought 455million of elongate token via pancakeswap and it showed them to me in my trustwallet. Today the number of my token was 0,455 tokens. But my other tokens numbers are correct. Will that be fixed or what happened there? I also saw the name and icon of elongate changing in trustwallet.

@Shanks81 this is enlongate smart contract not your BEP20 (smart chain address) can you check and send again?

Hi,

I have the same issue as this.

I have purchased 1,947,263,207.334348203

But it’s saying I have 1.947360 etc.

The decimal point is in the incorrect place.

When I click on the smart contract call everything is correct but the balance on Trustwallet is wrong.

Any ideas please?

Hi, I have the same issue with elongate token. The decimal is not placed correctly and it shows that I have only 0.06114 tokens. Please help

Yes, it seems like decimal places are incorrect. Can you try to add it as custom token. Here are the steps that you can do to manually add the token: How to Add a Custom Token

Token details:
Network: Smart Chain
Contract: 0x2A9718defF471f3Bb91FA0ECEAB14154F150a385
Decimals: 9

Yes the same has happened to me and my colleague. I bought 188 million earlier today and its now showing 0.188 and no dollar balance below in my TW.
Please advise?

Hi, once you added the custom elongate how did you get the elongate to show up? I followed the instructions you were given but still see the same.4879001 in elongate and nothing in the custom elongate. I tested the amount on pancakeswap by putting in elongate and the max amount and it is right, but cannot get it right in the wallet.

Ok here’s the easy fix:

  1. On your TW click top right slider icon (two circles/two lines)
  2. Copy and paste this link into the search bar:
    0x2A9718defF471f3Bb91FA0ECEAB14154F150a385
  3. Click on ‘add custom token’
  4. Change ‘Network’ to ‘Smart Chain’
  5. Paste the link again into ‘Contact Address’
  6. Name: ElonGate. Symbol: ELG. Decimals: 9
  7. Save and your done. Congrats your balance will be there. Now find Michael Mcintyre Magic on youtube sub my channel.
  8. You can delete the previous token (the one that didn’t work) by simply swiping left and getting rid of it.
  9. Let me know if it worked for you. Happy further investing :wink:
