Ton balance is valid on explorer

But is zero in android app

@tokimay Can you please switch your internet connection or you could restart your device also and then reimport your wallet after.

I did and balance is shown But withdrawal cases this error:

transaction error LITE_SERVER_UNKNOWN: can not apply external message to current state: failed to get account state

and also i checked node setting.
it is auto and on default node with green light that means it have fast sync.

@tokimay There is a submit ticket button at the upper right corner, you need to click that to submit a ticket.

Hello Tobi, I’m experiencing same issues, I bought some BTC it shows there but each time I try to send out it shows zero balance please what’s the cause? Can you guide me through🙏🏾
