To better assist you, can you provide us the following information:

  2. Crypto address
  3. Transaction ID (if you have any)
  4. Screenshots of the wallet (errors, if any)

Just an FYI, The ETH network is congested right now, so fees will be higher and it will also take time for the transaction to be broadcasted to the network. It is not advisable to always retry a failed a transaction.
Also, fees are spent even if the transaction fails, that is how ETH network works.
No fees are taken by the app, all goes to the miners.

wallet id0x10A00Db5d2473351BD0e2331cEB15430293f055B does this mean all the fees ive spent are lost no way to recover it

Failed transactions will also consume gas. These went to the miners already.

I stake Trx for 80 days, and now I can’t unstake. He give me transaction error. What can I do? I tried 4-5 times in the last 6hours

What is your TRX address?
Sometimes the app just needs to be updated.
Or the Stake was not properly done.

Hello! I am new to trust wallet and started today using the app. Sorry for my bad English.
First i sent from an exchange to trust wallet some eth and everything ok. Next step i try to buy some erc20 token unibright with eth and gave error, than i tried to find the reason and i found some tutorial showing that for you to buy ubt with eth, you must copy the adress of ubt in the etherscan.io and create a custom token, the ubt adress listed in the app is wrong i guess?!? After that i can do the transation from eth to ubt. Next I tried sending ubt erc20 token to a ledger nano s Eth adress. it was put on pending then after sometime it turned to error, I tried sending 6 times and every time i increased gas but without sucess. same error happened, the ubt fund still in my trust wallet but i losted every gas fees… How do I solve this issue? I follow every step mencioned here to solve the problem but i can not send my ubt tokens to ledger. Any idea? thank you and regards.

Can you double check the app version?
Tap on Settings then About.

1.9.22
is it true that if i change the gas limit to 300,000 the problem will solve?!!!

As a recommendation from our devs, before you send the transaction, please put in the transaction data the address of the referral then save it.

The GAS limit will automatically adjust on its own.

Proceed at your own risk.
This will also increase the fees even further.
