Transaction failed

Hi there, I tried to deposit VeChain to Binance using the Trust wallet app, when I did so I got Notifications back saying sent, then smart contract call, then error then smart contract call. The money is now no where to be seen. It has been taken from the Trust wallet balance and is has not made it to the Binance app.
