I transferred another safepal wallet to a trust wallet but my tokens are missing. where did i go wrong please help

Hello.

I am unable to create my own topic so pardon me for posting this here. I sent bnb from hotbit to my trust wallet smart chain address using the bep20 network and nothing has reflected.

Any help is highly appreciated.
