Transaction not deliver

I made a transaction on of $50 USTD on my trust wallet account and it didn’t deliver to where i sent it to. That was since yesterday

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Please help me . I sent 320 trons but it didn’t deliver. It three days now.

And I’ve chatted with their customer service, they said i should contact the support service of the app i sent it from. And I’ve provided all What they requested for. Please help me with this

@Asphat2 your tokens transferred successfully from Trust wallet to the destination address. You have to check with the destination platform about your deposit issue. You have to check if they support BEP20 assets too.

Hello, I transfer safemoon from a trust wallet to another trust wallet. The transaction was approved but my balance is 0 in both wallet
