Transaction shows complete but not showing in wallet

Hi I have transferee BNB to trust wallet. Transaction shows complete. But it’s not showing in my wallet. Please help! Trust wallet verison is 6.12.

Hi Support,

Please help me!

I swapped BNB for SPIN using PancakeSwap and it showed transaction successful but I cannot see the balance anywhere and it’s not reflecting in Trust Wallet App.

Please urgently assist :sob:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)
