I bought a token on bep20 but unfortunately didn’t buy and Transaction Status is error on my wallet ,how can i back my money on my wallet?

Hello @Masihmahan To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Hello @Alan47 I made a swap of Rose Finance token, 5,078.2002845032 ROF to BNB on pancakeswap, but didn’t get any BNB.
Here’s my transaction hash

@adeolamade you already received your 0.0020371026446945 BNB. And balance is correct.

But I haven’t received balance, the amount I traded was 5k plus, but it’s not reflecting, there must be a mistake somewhere.

5k$ ? Can you go and check on explorer to see how much you swapped for? Just copy and paste your transaction hash on explorer.

If error occurred during swapping, contact platform/DApp used for swapping. Trust wallet displays what you have on blockchain currently.
