Transfer bnb to trustwallet.. the status completed but the wallet still 0

I have transfered BNB to trustwallet.
The status is completed, but in the wallet is still 0.
What’s the problem?
Can somebody give me an advice?

To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

I’m sorry, this is the right transaction that didn’t arrive to my wallet. I should have LAZIO FAN TOKEN. I transfer BNB to LAZIO but I didn’t get any yet. Please help me.

I will try with activated VPN.
My friend in the same country and city doesn’t need to use vpn.
Or Am I must wait a few day again like @Hanyz1987 need 2 days 19 hours…

You didn’t make a swap but you sent directly to the Lazio token address

So if we want to transfer back to Binance ar the other application, we must swab back to BNB which yellow colour :question:
