Transfer not received on my trust wallet

I transfer Tron yesterday to my trust wallet account but it has not entered. And I did two transactions at the same time to my roqqu account and it has entered since yesterday

Hello @Haleemah To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

I sent 40.05 Tron to my trust wallet account but it has not entered since yesterday.

@Haleemah send transaction hash for the missing transaction so as we can check on it.

I transferred the 40.05 Tron from the above site and it was successful there

The missing transaction is 40.05 Tron. I normally withdraw Tron everyday to my trust wallet account but the one I did yesterday did not enter

Contact sender platform for this issue and ask them for transaction hash.
